Privacy Policy

This policy explains how bulkchecker.io handles account information, uploaded files, verification results, API activity, payment records, and support requests.

Last updated: May 20, 2026

Data we process

BulkChecker processes information needed to provide verification products, account access, support, billing, and security monitoring. This may include account profile details, login activity, uploaded phone or email lists, API requests, verification outputs, support messages, and payment references.

Customers are responsible for uploading only data they are authorized to use. BulkChecker is designed for business data quality, fraud review, compliance support, and list hygiene workflows.

How we use data

We use data to operate the service, process verification jobs, return exports, maintain account balances, troubleshoot issues, improve platform reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate about service-related matters.

We do not use uploaded verification files to send marketing messages to the contacts contained in those files.

Uploaded files and verification results

Uploaded CSV or TXT files are processed to generate the requested validation, carrier, messaging app, social account, or exchange account signals. Result files may include status fields, confidence signals, timestamps, carrier or platform indicators, and export segments.

Customers should avoid uploading unnecessary fields. Use the minimum data needed for the verification workflow, restrict dashboard access to authorized team members, and delete exports when they are no longer needed.

Sharing and service providers

We may share data with service providers that help us operate infrastructure, storage, security, analytics, payment confirmation, customer support, and verification workflows. These providers are expected to process data only for the services they provide to BulkChecker.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, provide support, maintain audit records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect against abuse. Retention periods can vary by data type, account status, and operational need.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and verification data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also protect account credentials and manage user access carefully.

Your choices

Depending on your location and role, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete certain personal information. Account owners can request help through support when dashboard controls are not enough.

If you are uploading data about other people or businesses, make sure you have the right notices, permissions, contracts, or lawful basis required for your workflow.

Contact

For privacy questions or account-specific requests, contact BulkChecker through the dashboard support flow or email [email protected].
